A little bit about me...
Jennifer Paleveda Pena
I am a proud third-generation Tampa native with Cuban, Greek, and Irish roots, and I carry that strong sense of heritage into both my personal and professional life. At home, I am grateful for a loving husband, three amazing neurodivergent children who inspire me daily, and a very snuggly Goldendoodle who keeps us all smiling.

Professionally, I bring 20 years of diverse experience in clinical research, having worked on the site, sponsor, and CRO sides, with the majority of my career dedicated to Oncology. My background spans patient-facing coordination, clinical monitoring as a CRA, trial and project management, and director-level leadership. This breadth of experience allows me to understand the complexities of clinical development from multiple perspectives and to provide tailored, strategic solutions.
I am deeply passionate about advancing the discovery and development of new and novel therapies for patients across all indications. As a dedicated consultant, I take pride in being a trusted partner—delivering expertise, integrity, and results to support sponsors and CROs in achieving clinical trial success.
